Stamps from Japan

I received a postcard today from Japan - a nice surprise after a challenging day at work.

The random postcards are a breath of fresh air when they arrive in my mailbox. It's interesting to read snippets of other people's lives.

As to the challenges at work, M asked me last night whether I still love my job, and the answer is still a resounding YES.

But the leadership challenges are constantly changing and forcing me to grow every day. Just when I think I have something down pat, things change and I have to shift my focus. But I've got a feeling that might be the nature if leadership and I may never know all the right answers...a bit like parenting really ;)
