Where are they?

The local council has constructed a designated area within this park especially for skate board riders.
On this particular day, there was not a skateboarder in sight or indeed anyone else for that matter. The day was perfect for outdoor activity and this park is usually crowded with people but not at this time.
This was a school day but even so there is generally lots of people around.
