Loweswater Woodland - Day 4 LPH

Today was a free day and the forecast was poor for central lakes. Draco, loosecanon and I headed out to Loweswater where there was a good chance of staying dry. It's a very beautiful place and we enjoyed the lake edges and the woodland, even though we didn't get the best light while we were there.

There are still some lovely colours in the trees although quite a lot of the colour is on the woodland floor now. I liked this little stream meandering down to the lake so that's my blip today. Weather looks good for tomorrow and I think we'll be heading to Grasmere.
