Not that I blame them - it's pretty tedious

I was on site in the evening to sort out some potential problems. By having people there at night as well as the day we can get a lot of stuff done like the flooring where the installation would interfere with other people's work. But we can't afford two foremen so we make sure that Gareth or I are available to ensure people know exactly what they're doing

There were actually more people working at night than were working during the day
