I was up early to head to university. The deputy dean from Chester business school is teaching us this new module. He decided to give us a 2 hour introduction to him, his career and background. Even showed us his CV which was 22 pages long!! Crazy guy!

Walking into the shop after my lecture, I noticed that Christmas decorations are slowly starting to appear. To any ‘normal’ person this would maybe not be half as exciting or impressive as it was to me, but it actually made my day! I’m so excited for Christmas, for pretty lights, for the ‘fête des lumières’ here in Lyon, for carol services, for cosy winter days, and to GO HOME!!

I went home in the afternoon where I did some sports, and uni work. I then left again in the evening for my Portuguese class. It was a really good lesson, apparently I have made progress, and at the end I was left wanting to jump on a plane and head to Brazil. One day maybe I’ll hopefully get to go again...
