Snackime

One of our tactics for cajoling our little boy to eat his dinner faster, or even at all and instead of storing it in his big hamster-cheeks, is to promise some form of nutritionally negative food item at the end of his ordeal. Which today meant a small bowl of crisps. You wouldn't know it, but he's recovering from some lesions on the inside of his mouth which has made it very difficult to feed him anything but milk & yogurt. Strange how he will wolf down hard, crunchy, salty crisps, whereas regular food mashed up that it's barely distinguishable from thick soup will illicit howls of agonising pain.

But he did very well with his dinner this evening, hence this well-deserved treat.

First day back at the office today after the training course earlier this week.
