Push over

Wet and windy this morning and cold, cold, cold.

There has recently been a letter in our local paper complaining about this light being left on at night when the street lights are switched off in many areas at midnight to save money.

I thought that someone had taken matters into their own hands.

Weirder still, despite numerous empty spaces, shortly after taking this picture someone arrived, removed the cone and parked beneath the lamp.

They were soon the owner of a parking ticket. It could have been worse.
