Enjoy the seconds.

I picked up Mrs B at her work this evening. Both of us have had some active days and evenings out lately and did not feel for making dinner at home. We stopped by an Italian restaurant and ordered pasta and water. Some days water is better for you than wine.

On the wall in the mens room a found a poem I had to write down in my note book before I read it for her;

If you count the years - your life will be short
If you count the days - your life may go fast
If you count the hours - it will take a while
..but the life will last long if you enjoy every second.

We enjoyed our dinner , our water and every second.
