Despite the bright beautiful day Em was not in a bright and beautiful frame of mind. Combination of lingering cough and early wake up made for grumpy girl. Thankfully she perked up considerably when her friend came to play in the afternoon. Can't get used to hearing the little's having conversations. Lovely to hear but a reminder that they're growing up so quickly.
Foolishly Bravely I had us all making cookies. Dining table flour-bomb. BOOM!
