You've got to hand it to the French, they do do a good civic building. This is the Salle Municipale in St.Jean d'Angely, France. On the same square was the Hotel De Ville and the Palais De Justice. It must be a big chain that Hotel De Ville, there is one in every town. Wonder what the rooms are like?
