St Conan's Loch Awe

Had to go Taynult to view a kitchen. Think I may have acquired it thought it's twice the size of my own kitchen!
St Conan's Kirk is a beautiful wee church. A total gem inside and out!
Completed in 1927 and the dream of Walter Campbell, the interior is a mixture of Norman, Saxon , Romanesque. and just about every other religious type. The outside is equally unusual
St Conan was the patron saint of Lorne and quite a character himself.
This place is a must see if you are in ARgyll
