The Crash

Kelly and Stu have been two of our more active guests. They went fishing, catching two sailfish, and decided this afternoon that they wanted to parasail and try ZihuaFlies. The parasailing experience was uneventful for Kelly, but Stu had a bit of trouble on takeoff. The directions were to sit as the chute filled, which he did as directed. Unfortunately, the wind chose that exact moment to die, the chute collapsed, and he headed for the waves. rather than for the sky. Nothing too serious, especially after the parasail vendor found his Hero camera in the water (and later, once he got his mask, fished his sunglasses out of the sea), Stu gamely went up under a backup chute that wasn't saturated with seawater.

He was also successful at his ZihuaFlies experience (photographically documented as well), but I liked this action capture just before he was dunked on his first parasail try. Notice the vendor's futile attempt to keep him in track.
