The Old Gate - Cuminestown

Book club at Eileen's - torrential rain, road diversions - but a good evening with brief discussion of 'The Kabul Beauty School' and lots of friendly chat. This is one of the gates to Eileen's house but I don't think it's ever used. Our next read is Maggie O'Farrell's 'Instructions for a Heatwave' which looks promising and at that meeting we will have the annual tradition of Sue's heavenly mince pies! Yum, yum!
