Camera Club

I went along to a camera club meeting for the first time tonight.

Not what I was expecting. I had in mind a lot of very capable people with thousands of pounds worth of kit all outdoing each other. No. Predominantly older people (read retired) who have spent a reasonable amount on a DSLR (cos that's what cameras should look like) and have not the faintest idea what they have bought. There were a few more tech savvy people, but not many.
