Spent the morning at Dad's house; clearing out the garage and taking a trailer full of rubbish to the tip. Did find my Mum's old knitting machine and that was one thing I couldn't bear to throw. Not yet, anyway. Gave the house a hoover and a wipe over and promptly found the roof in the utility room is now leaking. Popped in to see the estate agent on the way home to drop in some paperwork and found they had 2 viewings for it in the afternoon and 1 this coming Sunday. It hasn't officially gone on the market yet! I hope it sells quickly, Dad needs a bit of luck.

Today we made windmills but the instructions we followed made it too complicated with added weights. I always find simple is best, just like me!

My youngest had her first night at Cubs this evening. She was very, very excited and didn't come out disappointed. Another mile stone in her life.
