Winter has arrived...

And with it the Oliebollen hut!!! I could smell them before I saw the stand today - it took a Herculean amount of willpower to resist buying any of the deep fried sugary goodness!! I doubt I will be so virtuous tomorrow...

Day started with a 7:20am phone call from my gorgeous girlfriend stranded with a punctured bike wheel on her way to work. A quick rescue mission and drive to school woke me up! Then a day of tatting - but got lots done, including getting said bike repaired. Dinner at a beautiful friends house with her sexy new boyfriend...we thoroughly approve!! Now off to my bed - exciting day tomorrow meeting up with a friend I've not seen for 18 years...

How did I suddenly get to be 41?!?

I am thankful for my gorgeous friends and family.
I am thankful for wet, cold and windy days that end in a warm cuddle.
I am thankful the Oliebollen hut is back in town ( :
