My S-Bahn train (line 8) from the main railway station in Munich out to the airport.

A gentle 40 minute trip. I had a frustrating discussion with locals back in August (while on an S8 coming in from the airport) about why all the trains stop at all the stations. I thought a few express ones would be popular. They didn't get it...

A day of travel. 2 German trains. An easyJet flight. A bus and a train at the Scottish end. Remarkably, it all went to plan.
