rainbow on Windermere

Instead of going for the usual shop to Kendal I opted for the shorter distance to Windermere followed by half an hour down by the lake at Bowness.

I hadn't taken many photos and my fingers were freezing but headed round to the steamer pier for a few more shots. So glad I did as this rainbow had appeared. Gatecrashed a pier for the second time in a week (there are signs saying no ticket holders beyond this point).
