Steamy windows

I cycle past this van every day, the front dashboard is full of toys.

The van is parked outside a house with a windowsill full of toys. I wonder if the two are related?

I'm off to my Sh'bam class this evening, followed by a steam in the Turkish steam room, and then a Skype session with my partner.
