1974 & 2013

I popped in to see the Hugh Wood exhibition at Street Level Photoworks at lunchtime.

Wood documented life on the streets in Glasgow in the seventies. The collection is rather wonderful (thought lost until his brother found the negatives in the attic of the family home!).

Weirdly there is a building in the process of being demolished opposite the gallery, hence the similarity of contexts pictured in 1974 and through the window of the gallery today.
