Watching the sun rise

Such a fabulous sunrise led into an amazing day. I'd been invited to a morning get-together on the Sheep's Head. My friend's house has a picture window looking over the bay. I couldn't believe I was watching a small pod of dolphins from the comfort of her front room. After this i went for my almost-annual back-click session with a local osteopath. This always makes me feel as if I've been reborn! Then home to cooking and evening classes.
