goldfinch...

At home today, grim bug....I'm not very good at stopping, I usually just carry on but today I've slept and read a book.... I stuck my head out of the window to get some fresh air and took a quick pic of a goldfinch....the fresh air was good! I've drunk lots of honey and lemon....here's hoping it does the trick quickly...
