Salt Dough Sassiness

We were meant to leave for Chichester at 8 this morning, collecting people along the way...unfortunately our windscreen wipers weren't working and it was chucking it down. Eventually found a garage (Danny had to keep stopping and wiping the window with a tea towel) who diagnosed a blown windscreen wiper motor. In money terms this means £271!!!! Can you believe???! Anyway, no choice but to get it repaired, so Asha and I have had an unexpected but LOVELY morning making salt dough (I was a LOT more dressed than Asha). It's actually been an expensive blessing in disguise as I really felt Asha needed some down time and had no clue when that might be...just didn't think we'd have to pay £271 for the pleasure!
Anyway, the garage have called, so we should be Chichester by 5pm! Poor old Danny has got to walk an hour though to go and collect it now (in the rain/hail)!!
