Sunset

Sun's out again! Even though it was chilly and unusually windy, I didn't mind it a bit.

I drove by the river banks today and decided to wander around to see if I could find a picture. What I ended up finding instead was winds so strong that made considerable waves on an otherwise calm river, and a tiny photographer who almost got blown away. I wasn't dressed for outdoor shooting, to say the least, and was freezing my head off with the gusts while I must've looked like a crazy woman with my long hair dancing in all sorts of direction. Needless to say, I didn't last very long outside before I had to seek refuge in my car.

I warmed up for a bit before braving the winds again. After a few ins-and-outs, the sun was finally setting and I did find my picture after all.

The bouquets tied to the bench were from families of whom the bench was dedicated to. What a nice view they have there.


Now after all that wind my head feels like it's ready to crack open...
