Piece on tonights news.
Six, yes Six, cyclists have been killed on the London roads in the last two weeks. A solution would be to ban huge juggernauts from some London streets during rush hour as proposed by Olympic Cyclist Chris Boardman.
Road Haulage Trades association (?) have said it would mean goods would not be delivered in time to stock shops.
Personally I can put up with waiting a little longer for my supermarket to be full if it means people on bikes aren't killed.
