What to cook for supper..?

I have been writing reports in every spare minute for the last two days and I am hoping to finish tomorrow (deadline Friday - but I don't work on Fridays - so Thursday for me...)
This means it was dark again when I left school. I have spent hours on a computer copying and pasting and tweaking comments into frames on a grid - yawn!
(I did take a break to cook and to watch the 'Big Bang Theory')
