Day Off

Had a day off with Iesty today and it was good to spend some quality time with him alone. We walked Rhys up to school first and then he had a ride home atop my shoulders. Next stop was the garden to make the most of the tree house/shed on legs before packing the trunks and heading off for the swimming baths.

Life is always a bit frantic given everything that I have to pack in, but I try my best to teach them those little life skills like bike riding and swimming whenever I get a spare moment. It's never easy when the boys are in tag team format, but when in the singular they are eager little learners.

Iesty certainly had no confidence issues with the water and launched himself in from the side with a crazy leap before returning to the surface with a giggle. We even managed a few trips down the water slide laughing all the way.
