DDW's November Challenge Day 19 : Vehicle

This morning there was a light dusting of snow when I set off to take the dogs for their usual morning walk. It was bitterly cold but the sun was out, and despite the wind, it was good to be out at the shore.
I organised a few bits and bobs and headed to the new house to make a start on stripping the ghastly wallpaper.
The house next to ours has a roof shaped like the hull of a boat - its something which I remember from childhood holidays here in Orkney and its a bit of a landmark. I never dreamed I would be able to stand at the bottom of my garden, looking at this amazing view, with the boat house just the other side of the fence.
