I Can't Wait

Pointed peppers, filled with three kinds of (lowfat) cheese, in a tomato sauce with thyme, oregano, basil, parsley, onion, pepper and only a tiny bit of salt and garlic.
Gratiné with a (low fat) cheese and in the oven now.
I can't wait. Still another 30 minutes to go...

Late again tonight, but I had to cook them: The peppers waved and whispered "cook us, eat us" when I walked in the kitchen after work. I can never resist peppers (and even more so if they are red!).
