Waiting for my lumbar puncture

We're in hospital again for 3 or 4 nights for routine treatment. This morning Alex had yet another lumbar puncture - Leukaemia can go to "sanctuary sites" - the spinal fluid and brain being one of them - so they prophylactically treat these sites with chemotherapy.

Thanks to the decreased regimen he only has another 4. Today's was pretty stressful as the doctor did it, rather than the nurse practitioner, and she made him scream out in pain :-( Thankfully he doesn't really remember.
