Surprise Shrub

I was taking cuttings in my greenhouse this morning. My greenhouse is in my old garden, as I was passing one of the flower beds I noticed these pretty flowers on quite a large looking shrub. These have never been in that bed before and my daughter in law have not planted it, could this be a self setter?
