....beats yesterday's high of 4° and very cold wind with grey skies. And a little pleasant sunshine in the afternoon certainly boosts the moral.

Some new exercises from the physio, I'll rig something up at home, see if I can boost my abdo's and 'lose a bit of weight' as I have been instructed...

ps I've been invited to my ex-company's Christmas do!! Oh dear what to do...would it be weird or would it actually be a good way to see it all out?
