Upwards and outwards

Another shot of the Marina Bay Sands Intergrated Resort (casino) and hotel.
This building has now become the icon of Singapore….will be interested to see how it looks over time.

I have been in the hotel foyer and on the roof deck (the view is amazing from 57th floor) but have been somewhat underwhelmed by interiors. As for the casino - I think I went in one in 1980 (for about 30 minutes) but I no intention of going back anytime soon.
The strange looking building to the bottom left is the Art Science museum which shows travelling exhibitions. The shape is supposed to be reminiscent of a lotus flower.
