The Clangers

A long, long time ago, far, far away - ooops that's wrong.

A long, long time ago, when I was a wee girl, I used to love watching The Clangers when I came home from school waiting for my dad to return home from work.

Well, this morning, I was up to damn early again (5am!!!) and watched the moon move slowly across the sky and it got me remembering how I never seemed to have any worries when I was little. My parents kept me safe, loved my sister and I too bits and my childhood was pure heaven. Of course, as we get older, we take on the big wide world and encounter all that life throws at us.

Now, at this precise moment, I'm extremely happy with my lot. No:1 son got married in August, No:2 son gets married 1st December and hubby and I are both well and happy. So why is it then that I feel let down, disenchanted and damn frustrated, when a "project" we've been working so hard on for months "fell out of bed" yesterday"?
