Time... it never changes..

Sometimes it is with great regret that I look back at my past and wonder where all the time has gone, days or even years have passed me by with nothing but a blip or two in my memory. Somehow though, my regret is never linear - but perhaps more like a ball of string forever being played with by the Time Kitten...

It is with some envy I look upon Pepsi, the newest addition to our household. As a four month old Giant African Land Snail she is a somewhat small presence in my daughters life (some people would say an unwelcome one at that, but considering Amethyst badgered us since the start of term last week to house Pepsi - I would safely say that is not the case in our house), but her experiences are limited and somewhat linear. No worries about the past, present or future - no concerns even for family.

Not that I want to be a snail, I like being human....
