Stairway to heaven

The area was built 1974-1978. I have never liked it, and I've thought it's a good example of ugly concrete buildings of that time. Today, however, something changed. We were walking there on this beautiful fall day, and saw some newly painted buildings. The buildings looked interesting & inspiring.
