Morning Practice

Do you ever have those days when work gets in the way of blipping? Today was one of those days so I offer you a photo of my morning meditation practice. It's helped me profoundly with setting my intention for the day and listening to what's going on with me. Yes, it's a bit fuzzy, just like me first thing in the morning. It is less fuzzy than my attempts at capturing tonight's glorious full moon.
