Happy 3rd Birthday Bailee and Oscar!
My 365th Blip :-)
It has taken more than 7 months to write, but happy 3rd Birthday to my precious twins, Oscar and Bailee. You have come so far and words cannot express how much your daddy and I love you, and how proud we are of you both. For different reasons, you are both such amazing kids. I remember the morning I went into labour with you both. The day you were born and even the 8 minutes in-between each birth. We remember the month in special care and leaving every day without you until finally it was home time. We haven't looked back once. Each and every moment, happy or hard, for the past three years has been worth it a billion times. We remember your first and second birthdays in Datchet, like it was yesterday. Time goes so quickly, too quickly, but we sure have made the most of it so far!
The morning began with scrambled eggs. Oscar and Bailee went to their nursery for the morning and celebrated with their classmates. After lunch, daddy got home early and it was present time! Oscar got a black Scooter, and Bailee a purple one, both were received which much excitement. They got to talk to their grandparents in NZ and we all went down to the park to test the scooters out. For dinner we then all went to Bidi Bondi on the Palm for fish and chips and celebratory cupcakes.
The mandatory 'Golly' growth pics were taken and we shared lot's of cuddles and stories. It was extra special this year having baby-sister Maple there too to celebrate the fun.
Oscar, you are such a deep thinker, you are very caring, funny, intelligent and fast! You love to please and all the kids love you. You look after Bailee so well and I can see how much Maple looks up to you. They are lucky to have you as their big brother!
Bailee, you love your cuddles and thrive on both adult and child attention. Your smile is infectious. Your rainbow eyes light up any room and everyone gravitates toward you. You never give up and concentrate so hard on the things you enjoy. You are great with a ball! We are so blessed to have you as our eldest daughter.
We wish you a wonderful year full of fun and happiness xxxxx
