Hospital Visit:

Today's the day, I hope, that might put an end to my too numerous hospital visits. To my delight I fairly successfully completed a barium swallow. Just have to sit back now and wait for the result.

We then went on to the Toby Carvery for lunch and rounded off the day with a trip to Houghton Garden Centre to sample some Christmas shopping. A very satisfying day.
