SITTING ON THE POT

This small statue sits in the Crescent Gardens in Filey, UK as a small tribute to the local fishermen. Simply a man on his pot !

Just as I got within 25 metres of Bridge Hole today the workmen closed the footpath in front of me. Work has started to replace the footbridge. I quizzed this expert workforce as they rushed into action and erected their workman’s hut.
