Henry David Thoreau

Reading is something that I'm really not able to enjoy. All my reading is for school. This year alone we will be reading 13 books for English. I'm so busy with all the reading I have in that class, on top of my other 6 classes which assign homework, that I never have time to just sit and read something I picked out (which is a real shame in my opinion). Reading is great because I feel as if I'm taken into a whole different world. I act like I'm the character and put myself in his/her shoes. I travel through their adventures with them. Books just make me think, and thinking is my favorite activity. I hope to one day make my thoughts into a reality.
