Doing an open after doing a close the night before is not fun. Walked to work in the freezing cold and dark. Not particularly the funnest shift. Left at 2 and quickly went home to change and go into town to meet the rents. We went for a late lunch at The Vine and wondered around a few shops. Winch is looking super christmassy with the lights turned on, the chestnut lady out roastin' away and the orange scent a waftin'. I'm not one for early christmasness but today it was nice. Walked back up to Christchurch to my car, I drove them back to Winnall to their car. It was lovely to see them briefly. Popped to Anna GT's for a tea and chat whilst I was there... headed home for an early night and the hope of catching up on sleep.
