Sunflower

Usual walk, a wee bit paranoid as it seemed that company was avoiding us, the dark had us invisible.

Work was a massage of messages.

Eco daughter at the doctors so picked her up on the way to football. Not prepared for the numbers that turned up, so had to change slightly.

It was then off to physio, my back has been tighter than my wallet. I fell asleep as the muslces were released and the pain disappeared.

Sadly it did not lead to a good night sleep as my mind was on silly wee things.
