Be Still and Know

My husband and I had a long quiet walk with the girls in the park this afternoon. It is so soothing to walk in nature and be refreshed by its beauty. The pond was pretty quiet except for this Heron. I only had my iPhone with me, but it still was a decent shot of Heron.
