Running in the frost!

It was cold this morning, but I love a run in the sun and the cold.

7 miles, lots of sun, some icicles, 4 otters (not beavers) down by the river and then home for lunch.

Headed back to the park this afternoon to find the Gruffalo and play on our bikes. I got a coffee and J & A got ice-cream. It's great being a kid.
