Apricot and butterscotch upside down pudding!

Well it was either a picture of that or Caley at the beach!
Managed to round everyone up to head to Silver Sands at Arisaig today. It's a beautiful unspoilt spot and as you can see we had it pretty much to ourselves; the wind and rain may have helped with that! Caley, as you can imagine, had a ball. We packed our wee stove and cooked up lunch while we were there too. Bracing but fun!
Tried out a new pudding today and it was very popular but not quite as photogenic as Caley of course :-)
