The Heat on the Footplate.

Autumn has arrived. It’s cooler, and the days are shorter, and in the dusk the glow from the engine’s well-stoked firebox lights up the whole footplate, or cab, of the big 90733 engine at Ingrow on our local Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.
