volunteer celebration

We decided to have a party in honour of our amazing volunteers at CYC. We have a team of about 12 volunteers who visit families, run sports, teach extra lessons, play games and just generally love our kids.

The party included a volunteer vs. girls team netball game (I had to tell the girls to go a bit easy...), music and dancing and a program of dramas and songs from the kids. It was lovely!

After the program we all enjoyed chicken and coca cola!

Then we danced with hula hoops - awesome!
