Painting Day at Nursery

Today parents were invited to a painting day at Bailee and Oscar's nursery. It was fab. There were tables set up with sand painting, cars and trains painting, glitter and glue painting, rollers, easels, feathers and a gloopy trough. Daddy chose his oldest shirts for them to take to school and the twins looked super cute in them.

Most of the kids were completely absorbed in the painting. Oscar and Bailee certainly got the most covered in paint.... from head to toe! I told their teacher I was definitely not taking them straight home!

It was really windy this afternoon and almost looked like it would rain. The most unpleasant weather in Dubai we've had since being here. Bailee said she was freezing and asked if it was snowing! We had to pack up and head home early for dinner!

I must mention that Maple showed an incredible display of large ball skills today. Despite her in-toeing, she dribbled a ball, kicked it dead straight and repeated 6 times without missing once. Every time she kicked about 2 meters ahead of her. I was amazed!
