Why

do these beasts run after a dog? We were not in the field just out on the road , but every time we pass they seem to be lazily lying or munching and as soon as they see Millie they are up and running along the fence beside the dog. Years ago my cousin took us a walk that we had to cross a field of cows and they ran after the dog. Fortunately the dog was faster. Millie looked through the fence at this one and I tried to get a shot of them together but she didn't stand long enough and I mssed my chance.. It does have a rather nice face!
